I read something funny on TV without pity:
"That's one of the reasons I've always wanted to live in a soap. No matter how poor you are when you arrive, within weeks you'll have a fabu job (that requires no actual work, so you can take off whenever you like), millionaire friends, a great place to live, and wonderful clothes. All well worth the occasional jail time, hysterical blindness, and odd pregnancy problems."
For some reason, this just makes me laugh hysterically!

This blog provides some good fun. Ever see a sign with quotation marks in the wrong spot? Well, take a pix and send it in to this site.
I'm not a super grammar spelling nazi, but some of these are great eye sores.
Btw, there is a rumour that small business establishments purposely mis-spell and use incorrect grammar just so you'll notice their sign. True.
Oh, I went to the Opera recently... And, um, it snowed here in London last weekend.
Ps - This blog This blog is supposed to be good. Dunno, haven't read it yet. (please note, I didn't say tl;dr)

Today, tomorrow etc
I hope I can figure out how to do backdated entries on this thing.
Oh well, first post anyway on the public blog.
What happened this week?
I went to Amsterdam for the first time over the weekend; sort of a Valentines day thing. No pictures taken unfortunately. (Didn't want any incriminating evidence...)
But I was sick with a cold the whole time. Oh well. I couldn't go into work on Monday. I had the Worlds Worse Cough™ ...
Tuesday, had a lovely dinner at a restaurant in Wimbledon.
Wednesday, I watched Jumper. I left some my thoughts on the message board on IMDB. I enjoyed it but it's such a bad bad bad movie. Even with Doug Liman!
Thursday, went out with IT group and had a lovely Leffe time.
Did manage to go to the gym on Tuesday. I will update again soon
